Family Fun!! - The Viking Challenge is now a TWO DAY EVENT. Saturday is a 5K extreme wilderness mud run and Sunday is a 10 Mile Viking Crusade wilderness mud run. Both events are in Otter Tail County Lakes area in Northwestern Minnesota on a permanent wilderness obstacle mud run. The course has 13 natural obstacles, lots of mud, and runs through trails in the woods, meadows and over 300 acres of The Viking Challenge course. This years event is biggner and better than last year with more live music, more food vendors, more family activities including inflatables, childrens obstacle course, expanded spectator areas and the most unique, muddiest, permanent, challenging extreme wilderness mud run in the Midwest. And did we say there was lots of mud??? Prepare to get dirty, and donate your shoes when you are done to Greensneakers. Shower area, food vendors, live music including Weathered Wood, "Battle of the Bands" WInner, and more.
